Please advise them that you hold a Travel Insurance Web policy, give your name, address, telephone number, Insurance Schedule Number and a brief explanation as to the nature of your claim.

You should ensure you keep evidence of ownership and the value of any insured property or any expenses incurred. This will be requested in order to pay any claim.
